In good used condition with minor scratches and wear. There is a letter "M" scratched into the bottom of each punch. All in working order. There is a collection compartment on the bottom of the pink and white Recollections punch that still has paper in it because we can't open it to clean it out. We didn't want to force it open and damage the punch.
