Beautiful polished English pewter lidded tankard in the style of a 17th century tappit hen. Produced in the early part of the 20th century for Liberty & Co London . Stamped on the bottom.
Shows age appropriate signs of wear, especially considering the soft nature of the metal..some corrosion on the inside.
