Vtg Framed Oil Painting on Board Original Hand Made Art Autumn Country Scene

Beautiful hand painted oil on hardboard is a scene of a white house setting alone in a field; with a wooden fence in front during the autumn/fall season.
Painting is unsigned and is in good shape. There is one tiny speck of discolor in the blue sky next to the top of the frame.

Frame is also in good shape with a little wear on the corner edges and two small cracks in top corner.
Picture is completely enclosed on the reverse back side. There is one tear in the paper backing that has clear shipping tape covering it, and has a label with someone's name and area.

Please examine photos closely for exact condition.

Frame has a wire and is ready to hang on the wall.
