This has several tiers of ruffles and a Christmas print with holly and berries. Elastic waist (vintage 40+ years old so it's not as stretchy as elastic nowadays). Several tiers in a deep green, the colors are super bold.

Excellent print and fabric, the tag says Small. please see measurements. I feel this can also fit a medium. Minor discoloration around the waist due to its age, but not really noticeable
