James Kearns makes all of his shoes by hand by custom order through him. Each pair is lasted by hand and made over 4 days and takes around 30 hours to complete. The sole band is stitched on by hand and takes around 3 hours per pair. The eyelets are rusted in the studio and takes 2 or 3 months using water instead of chemicals.
