Pre-loved. My daughter used this megan costume for Halloween night. Missing two buttons (as shown in photos). She used the tights as well. Which are slightly stained from the bottom of the foot. And slightly on the knee area. Bought the knife separately, but it is included with the costume listed here. The fit was great she used this when she was 7. And it still fit well.
