Antique Nathaniel Barstow March 1, 1910 Patent SWIVEL TEA STRAINER. The bottom of the drip pan is stamped "Patented Mar. 1, 1910". I couldn’t find any other markings on the piece but a patent for this type of tea strainer was issued to Nathaniel Barstow - Patent No. 950,888 was granted on March 1, 1910. See the last picture for his patent design drawing. Approximately 6-1/2" long, 2" wide and 1-5/8” tall at the strainer end.
