A blend of Scottish & Hawaiian! Very unique handmade sleeveless dress (guessing at least partially wool) with seashells intertwined in the fringe hem of the dress. Bust has shirring (like smocking) so while it is small, it has a good amount of stretch. Would be best for an older child or a small busted adult.
