Elegant porcelain cups and saucers featuring a flow blue floral design and luxurious gold rim. Manufactured in the Russian Federation between 1986-1992. Cups hold 8 ounces and measure 3 3/4" wide by 2 3/4" tall. Saucers are 5 3/4" wide.
