This is a United States Air Force Healthcare Integrator round coin in gold colored metal. On one side of the coin in the outer ring are “Healthcare Integrator” and “Building Healthy Communities” in blue lettering.

The center of the coin side has triangle with yellow, red and blue sides. Written on the yellow side are the words “right care”, in the blue side are the words “right time” and on the red side are the words “right place.”

On the coin’s opposite side is a world globe with the words, “Wellness today, Readiness tomorrow.”
