Has cuffs that keep the piece in place just where you want it. Cuffs can also be unsnapped and worn as a cape instead. It’s also versatile that you can wear it with the zipper in front, zipper in the back or on the side, all for different looks!! (See last photos for examples)

Has a secret kangaroo pocket on the inside to keep those important cards, a chapstick or wad of cash for your city stroll.

In great unused condition. Not really my style so that’s the reason for giving it up.
